Toontip Palakawong, a member of the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group, joined SCL Law Group in 2016. Prior to joining SCL Law Group, he practiced as a lawyer in the capital markets department of Siam Commercial Bank where he provided certain advice on banking, and securities laws. Before joining Siam Commercial Bank, he was an associate at Thanathip and Partners, gaining experience in advising clients on significant M&A and capital markets related transactions.

Toontip Palakawong is an associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. He has experience representing domestic and international clients in disputes regarding administrative law, telecommunications law, labour and employment law, civil law, corporate and commercial law, and maritime law. As well as having experience in litigation and arbitration, Toontip Palakwong has expertise in providing legal advice on administrative procedure law, securities law, legal execution and other regulatory laws.
Currently, he is heavily involved in cases dealing with contentious issues in labour and employment law. He also represents one of the largest mobile and telecommunications providers in Thailand, in various high value disputes.
