Siriwan Nopareporn joined SCL Law Group in May 2016 and is a member of the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group.

Before joining SCL Law Group, she began her legal training in the area of litigation with a well-known bank in Thailand, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. Thereafter, she moved from banking services to a prominent legal firm, Seri Manop and Doyle Ltd (Nagadatte and Doyle Ltd.), as a lawyer specialising in intellectual property (IP) law.  Having established a strong background in IP law, Siriwan Nopareporn ventured further into the area of corporate law when she joined Blumenthal Richter & Sumet Co., Ltd., as their corporate lawyer. She subsequently left for the UK to pursue her master’s degree in International Trade Law. Upon her return to Thailand after graduation, she continued to further enhance her corporate practice by joining another prominent law firm, The Legists Ltd.

Siriwan Nopareporn is an associate lawyer. She practices in our Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. She has an extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate & commercial law, foreign working laws, foreign business law, investment law, securities laws and commercial contracts, as well as in intellectual property law. As part of her regular duties, she regularly assists both international and domestic corporate clients on the relevant laws governing limited companies and public companies. She advises on listed companies in accordance with laws and regulations of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) and The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), including but not limited to connected transactions, acquisition and disposal of assets and corporate governance, conducts various due diligences and assists in many M & A transactions. She has been very much involved in the amalgamation case involving a well-known public company listed on the SET in 2015. She also advises on competition law matters for various cases.  At present, Siriwan Nopareporn is focusing on work relating to family business and asset restructure; not only for tax benefit purposes but also business structure planning for descending generations.
