Metas Sansuk joined SCL Law Group in 2016 and is a member of our Intellectual Property Practice Group.  Prior to this, he was trained in corporate law as well as banking and finance at Norton Rose Fulbright, a well-recognised global law firm, in Bangkok. Thereafter, he continued his experience as a legal consultant with one of the major Thai commercial banks, Kasikornbank.

Metas Sansuk specialises in intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) with a particular focus on trademarks, copyright, IT contracts, e-commerce, advertising, media and telecommunications. He also has expertise and a good understanding in unfair trade competition and cybercrime, about which he has provided clients with various advice on clients’ business services related to social media or concerned with online copyright.

Metas Sansuk predominantly handles trademark portfolio management and IP enforcement against trademark and/or copyright infringements, drafting agreements involved in IP and IT transactions, as well as advising globally recognised clients on IP and IT-related matters.
